About Clément

Bonjour !

My name is Clément and I am originally from Caen in Normandy, France. I am currently studying a Master of Business at The University of Queensland in Brisbane.

I have always enjoyed languages and communication, which is one of the reasons I like helping others learn French. For me, tutoring is not only about grammar and vocabulary, but also about sharing the culture and helping students feel comfortable using the language in real life.

As an international student myself, I understand what it is like to learn and adapt to another language and environment. This experience helps me explain things clearly and be patient with different learning styles.

I am reliable, organized and approachable, and I try to create a supportive and motivating learning atmosphere for students. My goal is to help learners progress while enjoying the process of discovering the French language.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to help students feel comfortable and confident using French in real situations. I adapt each session to the student’s level and goals, whether you are a beginner discovering the language or a student who needs help improving grades or preparing for exams.

During lessons we can work on conversation, pronunciation, grammar explanations, homework support, or exam preparation. I try to keep sessions practical and engaging, focusing not only on textbook French but also on natural expressions and how the language is actually used in everyday situations.

Because I am both a native speaker and a student myself, I understand the challenges of learning a language and I aim to explain things clearly and simply. My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.

Lessons can take place in person in Brisbane or online depending on what works best.

I am also happy to start with a short conversation to understand your goals and design lessons that suit you best.
