About Giovanna
Hello, my name is Giovanna and I am a native Italian speaker living in Cornwall, UK.
I studied Latin and Greek and I have a degree in Law from Italy and experience working with children in educational settings as a Teaching Assistant. I enjoy helping people build confidence and develop new skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
As an Italian mother tongue, I can help students improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the language and culture.
I believe learning should be engaging, positive and tailored to each student's individual needs. Whether you are preparing for GCSE Italian, starting from scratch or simply looking to improve your confidence, I would be delighted to support you on your learning journey.

Hello! I am a native Italian speaker living in the UK and I am passionate about helping students improve their confidence and ability in Italian.
I offer online lessons tailored to each student's needs, whether they are preparing for GCSE Italian, improving their speaking skills, developing vocabulary, or strengthening their listening and reading comprehension.
My lessons are friendly, supportive and adapted to the student's level and learning style. Having experience working with children in educational settings, I understand the importance of creating a positive environment where students feel comfortable practising and making progress.
Lessons typically combine conversation, vocabulary building, grammar support, reading exercises and exam-focused preparation where required. My goal is to help students enjoy learning Italian while achieving their academic objectives and becoming more confident communicators.
