About Yumiko

Hi, I’m Yumiko from Tokyo. I have spent about 16 months in Australia in total, and I really love living here. I’m currently studying marketing at TAFE in Brisbane. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds, so I’d be happy to practice Japanese together while also sharing culture and having fun conversations.

About the lesson

My lessons are great for:
• People who want to practice real conversation
• Beginners who want to start speaking Japanese
• Travelers preparing for a trip to Japan
• Anyone interested in Japanese culture

I can gently correct your sentences if you'd like, and teach you more natural ways to express yourself in Japanese. Beginners are very welcome, so please feel comfortable even if you’re just starting.
