About Keita

こんにちは、日本から来たケイタです！日本語ネイティブスピーカーで、日本で医師免許を取得しています。現在、シドニー大学で公衆衛生学（MPH）を学んでいます。 Hi! I'm a native Japanese speaker and medical doctor from Japan, currently studying and living in Sydney. I offer fun and flexible Japanese lessons for beginners to intermediate learners. Whether you want to improve your daily conversation, prepare for a trip to Japan, or learn useful expressions for healthcare settings, I’m happy to help! Lessons are available online or face-to-face in central Sydney. I focus on creating a relaxed and friendly environment where you can enjoy learning and gain confidence. I also have experience working with foreign patients in Japan, so if you're interested in Medical Japanese, we can include that too!

About the lesson

Lesson Style: My lessons are 1 hour long and focused on relaxed, conversation-based learning to help you speak Japanese naturally and confidently. I tailor each session to your level and goals. I used to tutor high school students in Japan for entrance exams, so I enjoy teaching and know how to explain things clearly and patiently. What You Can Learn: Everyday Japanese for travel, shopping, dining, and casual conversations Pronunciation, grammar, and natural expressions Japanese culture and etiquette Medical Japanese (for healthcare professionals or students – on request) Reading and writing (hiragana, katakana, kanji – if desired) Lesson Format: 1-on-1 (one hour) Online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) or in-person in Sydney CBD Lessons in Japanese or with English support Materials: I can prepare learning materials if requested, or we can use your preferred resources.
