About Ryan
Hi,
I am Ryan. I am a young adult finishing my degree. I have completed my required coursework and awaiting a co-op internship placement. I've had an interest in tutoring once I realized how gifted I was with assisting students with their work. In particular, an acquaintance of mine consistently scored amongst the best in his class as a result of my tutoring. I am personally interested in music, video games, Star Wars, and internet culture.

My lessons are targeted towards students in the associate level or lower. I am particularly interested in tutoring chemistry, but am willing to assist with other science/math courses. I am very flexible with how I am able to explain things. Students are encouraged to bring example problems for me to work out with them, ask for help with understanding fundamental concepts, and creative ways to remember said concepts. I am very personable and agreeable, I am an understanding and humorous tutor, and I avoid being overly critical of students when they are struggling with their work.
