About Tabassum
I am an avid lover of Science, I studied it at GCSE stage. I am also a qualified Primary School teacher, having taught a range of ages from 5-11. I have carried out many placements in different schools across my Local Authority. Throughout my degree, science was my specialism and became the focus for my dissertation.

My teaching method involves child led experiences. I believe that the children learn better when they discover new theories themselves and having practical experiences means children are more engaged in learning. My lessons start with a little context, shared learning and then independent learning where children have the opportunity to carry out activities themselves.
