About Colin
I recently took a position teaching Middle School Mathematics in New Haven. I have also spent my entire young adulthood tutoring subjects including Middle School and High School Math, SAT Math, and Middle School in general. I have also spent my time working as a nanny and a babysitter.

Teaching is all about reframing questions and the patience that allows the young Scholars to come to their own understandings. Whether the setting is the formal classroom or a standardized testing environment, Math problems can be made to deceive and challenge young Scholars. And so, I believe it's important to hang with the student as they form their own conclusions and perceptions of difficult problems.
