About Barira
I am an NHS dietitian with a BSc Hons, PGD, and M. Phil in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I have taught dietetic students in hospitals and have had published my research in international journals. I've also helped many students (and some colleagues!) write and publish research papers.

I teach in an informal way, encouraging students to ask whatever they might struggle with. There is no such thing as a silly question in my class! I also use a variety of memory devices such as mnemonics and memory palaces to teach difficult subject matter.
