About Jai
Female Martial Art Instructor with 20years of teaching martial art experience. Represented Hong Kong Judo Team, Trained and taught in Hong Kong police force and taught the refugee for Irish Government. Competed in Kickboxing, Judo, Karate and MMA competitions and got first place.

Teaching self defence techniques in a fun and interesting way that works in real street fight situations and smaller people to have the confidence and skills to protect themselves even if your attacker is bigger than you. You be surprise by just a small step or movement can do.
Not all techniques is suitable for smaller people I learned that from my experience in protecting myself in street fights a few times. So I can teach you what work and what doesn’t work.
