About Michelle
I am a mum of 2 and I live in Clonakilty. I love and enjoy good and healthy food and wellness space supporting others to feel and be well every day. I would love to support and help you through my classes to get your nutrition on track to live a healthier life.
BWELLHIVE is a health and wellness class for all things health, and a coming together from all strands of my life – from being a health coach, mentor, and mom, to being a nutritionist and health motivator for individuals, workforces, corporates, and community groups who want to live a life of optimum health and wellness.
