About Deeprita

About me-
Hello everyone, I'm Deeprita Chakraborty. I have 12 years of dance experience about Rabindra Nritya and Bharatnatyam and have experience of 1 year about Oddishi dance . I have taught some students for 3 years and I also did choreographies at my school and college functions. I can also teach bollywood dance, hip hop dance along with classical. I believe there's no age limit of learning dance. I hope this new journey of ours will make it more Exciting and Wonderful and also very comfortable. you can also observe yourself more beautiful in future through DANCE.

About the lesson

I usually divide my 2 hr class in the following manner:
1.first of all , break your laziness with 10 minutes warm up exercises
2. You can take a water break for 5 minutes
3.For the beginners, I would like to provide a brief introduction about dance so that , it would help them to grow their confidence .
4. Rest of the time I will teach you Dance Movement s and Forms .
5. You can take rest when you need but only for 2 mintue s

Dance is to express all the feelings of one's mind with gestures, explore the movements of your body parts with dance, you need to learn it gradually so that,you can be a good observer.
As a guide or as a friend I would gradually succeed to take a place in your mind and I hope You guys also can do so in future.
