About Me
I’m a highly skilled and technically minded professional with a lifelong passion for computers, electronics, mathematics, science, and engineering. My experience goes far beyond simply using computers—I enjoy understanding how they work, diagnosing problems, repairing hardware, troubleshooting software, and finding practical solutions to complex technical issues.
I’m also the owner and operator of a computer and gaming repair business, where I work hands-on with a wide variety of computers, laptops, gaming PCs, gaming consoles, hardware, software, and operating-system problems. For over 10 years now, I’ve built, upgraded, repaired, maintained, and troubleshot a large number & range of computer systems.
My approach to teaching is simple: I want you to understand what you’re doing, not just memorize steps. I believe the most rewarding education teaches you how to think, troubleshoot, ask the right questions, and explain the concepts behind the solution.
Whether you're completely new to computers, want to build your first PC, need help understanding Windows, or want to become better at diagnosing and repairing computer problems, I provide patient, practical, one-on-one instruction tailored to your experience and goals.
