I'd use E.S.A. stage (Engage, Study, Activate) to (1) relate with students, find the friendly fun atmosphere to start a good learning stage; (2) then stimulate students with various strategies based on their most effective learning styles (audio-visual, kinetic, musical, interpersonal, or intra-personal etc.) and organize pair/group activities and (3) guide them activate and apply the learned skills to reality.
