About Naveen
I'm a full-time Yoga teacher based off Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India. I have been practicing yoga since I was 4 and have been teaching for the last 4 years after doing my teacher training with my mother, who's runs a yoga institution in Chennai. I have taught at the Rutland Gate Yoga Studio for more than a year and currently take private and group sessions. I also teach at the Kalakshetra Foundation.

I follow the teachings of Krishnamacharya and use my knowledge to create my own dynamic practice which by synchronizing the body and mind using the breath, brings about a meditative quality. I call this practice 'Movement Meditation'. It is a mindful and at the same time an energizing practice.
