About Graciela
With over 12 years of experience leading socio-environmental projects in both the public and private sectors, I have developed a deep passion for supporting others in their personal and professional growth. My journey has been shaped by a strong belief in the power of transformation and the interconnectedness of people and their environments. This understanding led me to pursue coaching as a way to empower individuals to realize their full potential and navigate their unique journeys. Although I’m just beginning my career as a coach, I am a certified Ontological Coach, along with a specialized advanced course, contributing over 600 hours of training. My coaching approach is deeply rooted in ontological principles, which focus on the ways individuals interpret and experience the world, and how these interpretations impact their actions and outcomes. I believe that true transformation begins with self-awareness and an openness to change, which is why my coaching philosophy centers on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore, reflect, and grow.

In my coaching process, I focus on using powerful questions to support my clients (coachees) uncover their values, beliefs, and underlying motivations. Together, we work to strengthen their capabilities, overcome limiting beliefs, and break through any blockages that may be holding them back.
My goal is to guide my coachee in creating actionable strategies, building self-awareness, and designing pathways that align with their true aspirations, both personally and professionally.
