About Michelle
I am a yoga instructor who has worked with students from 2 to 75 years of age. This past year, I have worked with many students who have never taken a yoga class and have found a love for it!!!! I can also create a practice for the seasoned yogi.

I base my class on meeting the individual needs of each student. Giving clear and concise cues, being positive and uplifting! It is a nuturing environment where one can find strength, energy, and calmness within. It is a total body and mind experience.
