About Jed
Retired Special Forces Operator and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a lifetime of experience in physical training, discipline, leadership, and demanding environments. I spent 20 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, including service as a Special Forces Operator, where physical fitness was not optional— it was a requirement. Strength, endurance, mobility, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure were part of everyday life. Throughout my career, I have trained, instructed, led, and mentored people from different backgrounds, countries, and ability levels. Today, I bring those experiences into fitness with a simple philosophy: there is no strength in comfort. "Earn the couch". My training focuses on calisthenics, functional strength, compound movements, loaded carries, isometrics, functional mobility, conditioning, and disciplined lifestyle habits. My goal is not simply to help you look better— it is to help you become stronger, more capable, more disciplined, and harder to break. Age is inevitable. Weakness is optional.
Mental Discipline & Mindset
Discipline begins when motivation ends. Real change requires sacrifice and the willingness to give up comfort, convenience, excuses, and immediate gratification in pursuit of something greater. There will be days when you don't feel like training, when the couch is more appealing, when the easier choice is right in front of you. Those are the moments that matter. My role is not simply to tell you what exercises to do; it is to help you develop the mindset to show up, do the work, and keep your commitments to yourself. Through structure, accountability, progressive challenges, and consistent effort, I help clients develop the discipline to make difficult choices today for a stronger, healthier and more capable tomorrow. You don't need to feel motivated. You need to commit and then - follow through.

Fasting & Lifestyle Discipline
You cannot separate physical discipline from the rest of your life.
The way you control your body should be reflected in the way you control your habits.
Control your fork the same way you control your body.
Control your body the same way you control your responsibilities.
Control your responsibilities the same way you take control of your life.
Fasting and disciplined eating are not about punishment or starving yourself. They are about learning that you are in control, not your cravings, impulses, habits, or appetite.
Modern life constantly encourages consumption. More food. More comfort. More convenience. More excuses.
Discipline means learning when to say no.
You don't need to eat every time you're hungry. You don't need to satisfy every craving. You don't need to give in simply because something is convenient or placed in front of you.
Sometimes the most important thing you can do is stop and ask yourself:
Am I making this decision or am I simply reacting to an impulse?
My approach focuses on developing awareness, discipline, and sustainable habits around food and lifestyle.
Control your fork.
Control your habits.
Control your body.
Take responsibility for your life.
Break the chains of modern life, it has most of us spiraling completely unaware in the same circles . Take the first step to freedom.
