About Cat
I am a recent Chemistry graduate from Oxford University with A-Levels in Chemistry, Physics, Maths and History.
I can provide students with help to understand complex scientific and mathematical ideas, as well as showing them how those ideas can apply to the real world. As someone who has always loved learning, I hope to pass on the best techniques for retaining information as well as the fun that learning can provide!
I have upwards of five years experience working with children and young people, having previously worked as a swimming teacher and youth worker.
Furthermore, I also have real-world experience working in Management Consultancy so have a strong, practical grounding in business, IT and communications. I can provide advice and guidance on carers in the business sector and how your GCSEs, A-Levels and university course choices can apply to the world of work.

Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the tutor.
Cat is not only an excellent chemist, but has demonstrated that she has skills in many areas such as history and mathematics. This feeds into the way she teaches and talks about her subject as she is able to give wider context and applications which deepen understanding. Cat is meticulous in her planning and organisation and she can be counted on to be clear in her explanations of difficult concepts. She has great people skills which help her to communicate well, and she is creative in the way she finds solutions to problems or barriers.
Cat has an incredible zest for bring education to others. She will push you to unlock your potential and as an Oxford Graduate has plenty of knowledge to share too. With an excellent academic track record Cat is able to tutor in a variety of subjects and as a blogger herself is rather adept in proof reading too. You cannot go wrong with Cat!
