I am an experienced Chemistry educator with over 12 years of teaching at both undergraduate and A-levels. My Approach as a Chemistry Tutor

With over 12 years of experience teaching Chemistry to A-Level and undergraduate students (100–400 level), my approach is focused on clarity, engagement, and adaptability. I specialize in Physical, Organic, and Analytical Chemistry and strive to make complex concepts approachable and relevant to students at all levels.

Teaching Method & Techniques:

I use a concept-based teaching style supported by real-world applications and visual aids to help students truly grasp chemical principles. Whether it's thermodynamics, reaction mechanisms, or instrumental analysis, I break topics down into manageable parts and use analogies and examples tailored to each student's background and interests. I also incorporate quizzes, problem-solving sessions, and discussion-based learning to ensure active participation.

A Typical Lesson Plan:

5 mins: Quick recap of previous lesson or warm-up questions

15–20 mins: Introduction of new concept with clear explanations and examples

20–25 mins: Guided problem-solving and discussion

10 mins: Student-led practice and targeted feedback

5 mins: Summary, key takeaways, and prep for next session

Lessons are customized depending on the student’s course (A-Level, BSc in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields) and their academic goals (exams, foundational understanding, or advanced mastery).
