Ali is a dedicated, enthusiastic and patient teacher and colleague to work with. Having worked with him in multiple settings including orchestral, chamber and outreach work, he is always approachable and is excellent at adapting to the needs of people around him. He is always punctual, organised and contributes well to projects and wider discussion. I am confident in Ali's ability to make his students' experience a positive one.
