It is a privilege to write this recommendation for Hasriya, an exceptional educator who possesses a rare and profound ability to inspire trust, instill confidence, and cultivate a safe space for students to thrive.

From the moment Hasriya steps into a learning environment, their approach centers heavily on the human connection. Hasriya understands that before students can take risks in their learning, they must first feel secure and respected. They achieve this seamlessly by implementing structured, predictable routines that reduce anxiety, and by greeting each student with genuine, individualized warmth. By actively listening to students and validating their unique voices, Hasriya ensures that every young person feels seen, heard, and valued.

One of Hasriya’s greatest strengths is their capacity to build true self-efficacy in learners. Rather than relying on generic praise, they focus heavily on celebrating effort, progress, and consistency over flawless results. They normalize mistakes as valuable, non-punitive stepping stones in the collaborative journey of education. Through assigning meaningful roles of responsibility and providing low-stakes, incremental opportunities for success, Hasriya empowers even the most anxious or reserved students to step out of their comfort zones and realize their full potential.

Hasriya leads with a balance of empathy and unwavering patience. They effortlessly project a calm, stable atmosphere that grounds the classroom, making it an inclusive community where students feel safe to ask for help without fear of judgment.

Sincerely,
