Hello! I am Somya Dhariwal, a dedicated and passionate Yoga instructor. I have been practicing and teaching Yoga to help people achieve physical fitness, mental peace, and a balanced lifestyle. Yoga is not just exercise for me; it is a way of living that improves strength, flexibility, and emotional well-being. I love sharing my knowledge to guide students of all levels toward a healthier lifestyle through traditional Yoga postures and mindfulness practices.

My Yoga classes focus on a holistic approach that connects body, mind, and breath. Each class includes guided Pranayama (breathing exercises), step-by-step Asana practice with proper alignment, and deep relaxation techniques.
