Hello! I’m Mert, a passionate and dedicated Turkish language tutor. With a strong background in language and culture, I’m committed to helping my students achieve their goals—whether they’re learning Turkish for travel, work, studies, or personal interest. I pride myself on being patient, approachable, and adaptable, always tailoring my lessons to fit each student’s unique needs and learning style. About the lesson

My teaching approach is interactive, personalized, and focused on real-life use of the Turkish language. I adapt my methods to each student’s level, learning style, and goals—whether they’re beginners, intermediate, or advanced learners. I use a combination of grammar explanations, vocabulary building, speaking and listening exercises, and cultural insights to make the language come alive.

A typical lesson starts with a short review of previous topics, followed by learning new material through conversation, examples, and practical exercises. We focus on both accuracy and fluency, balancing grammar practice with speaking and listening activities. Each session ends with a summary, feedback, and suggestions for self-study.

What sets me apart is my ability to make lessons engaging and tailored to the student’s interests, whether that’s everyday conversation, travel, business, or academic Turkish. I create a supportive, patient environment where students feel confident to practice and improve without fear of making mistakes.

I offer lessons for all levels—whether you’re a complete beginner, looking to improve your Turkish for professional purposes, preparing for exams, or simply want to deepen your connection with the language and culture.
