About Yvette

Hi,

My name is Yvette and I am a native English speaker from Montreal, Canada.
I graduated with a Psychology degree and have a TESOL certification. I have taught in Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Sudan and in Saudi Arabia.

I have the skills and passion to teach English. I am culturally sensitive to different backgrounds of the students and I can teach different levels of English.

It will be a relaxed atmosphere and results will be seen!

Im at the present moment teaching Corporate English to major companies in Quebec.

● Teaching languages for 8+ years

Born in Montreal, Quebec and bilingual. Yvette is a dedicated and a passionate teacher that sincerely cares about her students' goals in learning the English language. She is an empathic and a respectful teacher from the beginning to the end to her students. She guides and directs them at their own pace to become self motivated in their learning. She listens attentively to the students' needs and is patient by providing the best methods and learning tools for a successful outcome.

She has lived and worked as a English teacher in 3 continents and returned back to Canada to share her vast knowledge and experiences. With this diverse cultural outlook she is sensitive to students with
different backgrounds and needs as a language learner. She has an ease to built confidence in the students and for them to express themselves clearly in any situation.

Yvette also enjoys volunteering her time by teaching English to students overseas.
