About Taghreed

My name is Taghreed Abu Zuhri. I am a PEAT Certified Trainer (certified by Vladimir Stojaković, Trainer of Trainers, September 2026), a Life Coach and an emotional healing coach. I learned from my own journey that being told to "just be strong" does not heal; real strength begins when we allow ourselves to feel. Before coaching, I spent about thirteen years in customer service and patient relations in UAE healthcare, which taught me deep listening, empathy, handling sensitive conversations and keeping everything confidential. Today I bring that same care to my coaching: I walk with people who live with anxiety, overthinking and a harsh inner voice, so they can release what weighs on them and build a kinder, more honest relationship with themselves. I coach in Arabic, online, and I share regular content on emotional healing.

About the lesson

I am a PEAT Certified Trainer (PEAT Trainer Course, September 2026) and Life Coach based in Dubai. My sessions are emotional healing coaching, held online in Arabic. We work on the roots of a feeling, not only the symptoms: releasing stuck negative emotions, calming anxiety and overthinking, softening the harsh inner critic and self-blame, and rebuilding self-worth. A typical session is 60 minutes, one-to-one, in a safe, confidential and judgment-free space. I also run group sessions and workshops. Sessions are for adults who want to feel lighter, clearer and kinder with themselves. A free 15-minute intro call is available first so we can see if we are a good fit.
