About Ludo

I am an engineer if that is important, working in preventive medicine for more than 17 years. I developed online character building training based on the seminar, which was used for more than 30 years around the world. For 17 years I was teaching students from different countries. These lessons result in more calm reactions to stressful situations, improved family life, connecting to your roots, better relationships with others, and self-control. Along the way, you will learn many health principles leading to increased energy and protecting you from premature aging.

Ideally, in our first meeting we will get to know each other, your situation you are in at the moment, and set up some pace of progress and your desired goals.

There are 40 video lessons broken into 30 minutes segments of watching. The given presentation is going to be developed by you in an outline that shows you comprehend the essence of the given lesson and the most important is to seek connection from the lesson to your personal situation. The exciting part is to interact with people around you and see the reactions when you share some principles from the lesson. I will be with you along the way and respond to your assignments. Proportionally to your interest, we can meet over Zoom or other platforms to discuss your progress.

The speed of progress is up to you, but the more intensive your approach the deeper the impact, and better results will follow.

  • Why do you like to teach about character building?

Laughingly: because I need it the most. Even though it sounds like a joke, it is true. Not only for me but for all of us. People often overlook that the main reason we have so damaged society is because we are born SELFISH. And there is no school in the public that would be able to change this disposition. Ask any teacher with a class full of kids, how challenging it might be, especially if many of these precious children come from broken homes...
  • What is the character in essence?

You really want to know? Please, sign up for the class. 🙂
There are different definitions. The one we use here is - character is what you do when no one is looking - who you really are in your deepest core, your very nature. But more specifically: character is the combination of our THOUGHTS & FEELINGS. How do we think and feel about our Creator, people around us and also about ourselves.
  • How would one benefit from learning and building his character?

Thank you for asking! We all are in "character building school" without realizing it. Life is a tough teacher. But many people just don't get it and either repeat the same mistakes or tend to blame others for their issues. Imagine if we all would give the best piece of fruit to someone else instead of taking it quickly for me. Imagine, if children would come to mom and ask her, Mom how can I help you? Imagine if there was no war and people would eat healthy and keep walking with open eyes: How can I help you? Imagine children raised by loving father and mother? Wouldn't that be like a foretaste of heaven?
I know, I am only a drop in the bucket, but I want to be a positive, uplifting influence upon others and LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
You will leave without guilt and if you mess it up you will learn how to restore the relationships as much as it depends on you. You will focus on solutions instead of repining. Your family will benefit from you becoming a loving and lovable person. Your neighbors will benefit. You will cooperate with heaven in this process and will remove lots of unnecessary burdens we bring upon ourselves.
  • What is the greatest hindrance in developing well-balanced character?

Many people like to blame God, Satan or others for their problems. So to them the answer might be surprising: OUR GREATEST ENEMY ARE MY OWN SELFISH INCLINATIONS!
To develop a noble character takes time and focus just like developing any other skill. If you are not determined, soon the life challenges might discourage you and you will go back or even below where you started. Be aware: the darkness is proportional to the LIGHT rejected.
  • Why does character development matter to you?

I always heard that famous proverb: "It Takes a Village to Raise a Child." But I never heard the second part: "Because it takes only one unruly child to burn the whole village!"
Pretty sobering, isn't it? There are different variations of this proverb, let me add another version: "Because it takes only one unloved child to burn the whole village!"
Good character is not innate in us, we need to learn the principles and also be willing to live in harmony with them. Since we are not individual islands, we want to care for "neighbor's kids" as well, since they can be detrimental to us. But this sounds very selfish: I care for my neighbors in a fear that if I don't, they will come and hurt me... Let me rather rephrase it: Carrying for one another builds a community where we don't have to be afraid of each other. So it's not the fear of possible damage done to us but rather our interest in the well-being of others.
  • Provide a valuable anecdote related to character building.

I like to tell the Christian men: if you don't listen to God's Voice, He will have to talk to you through your own wife. 🙂
We need to be humble enough to accept this reality instead of fighting back our wives. I don't talk about some extreme situations but commonly many men when they mess it up don't like their wives to "clean their stomach."
My father told me: My son, remember, you will experience the biggest pain from those who are nearest to you!
It was very profound and made me think, what will I tell my sons as they grow up? Here is my version of my father's warning: My son, remember, you are going to cause the greatest pain to those who are nearest to you! While it is true, what my father told me and I experienced it painfully, yet our concern has to be: how do I treat those who see me every day?
  • Can you name a living, historical or fictional character that you think is the emblematic representative of character building?

One of the main principles in character development is that BY BEHOLDING WE WILL BE CHANGED INTO WHAT WE BEHOLD. There is no better model than JESUS Himself. But we as selfish mortals tend to think that He set the standard too high and we can't reach it. (Of course, thinking that something is too hard will cause that I won't even try to reach it. This thinking itself is disqualifying us!) But beside JESUS I like to think of a good representative of character building about people who were once on the opposite side. People who were in a ditch of misery and God's grace was able to change them immensely! Biblical Paul hated Christians and killed many of them. Once he ran into the real Jesus, He was willing to die for Him. But even in our days, people like me, running on nude beaches and today faithful to one wife. There is no greater miracle than when a drunkard becomes sober, womanizer faithful or a thief working hard and helping with his money to people in need.
  • What makes you a Superprof in this topic?

I searched on SuperProf for others teaching about character building. Even though there are many teachers talking about the character, usually it is from a different perspective, like artists learning to play some character. Here we talk about your real character. Such coaching is nowhere else found.
