About Frederick
I have been teaching for over 45 years. I have taught thousands of students I started taking martial arts in 1973. My first style was Isshinryu and when I joined the army I studied different styles and systems where ever I was deployed. I am a close quarter combat instructor that specializes in disarming weapon, I have trained military police and civilians. Former 1991 World Champion/1992 Tae Kwon Do contender for the Olympics.

Everyone has to start from somewhere, I like for students to tell me what they want. this is how I like to teach, why worry about doing high kicks when you're not able to do it? Learning to kick low or how to block and move would fit you better. My system works with any system or if you know nothing you will learn something.

All classes are virtual due to the virus, When I had in person training my hourly price was $135.00 per hr. This is not your regular Karate class, this is real world defensive tactics.
