I have trained all over the world, and have been trained by some of the finest athletes of the past 100 years, including Stu Hart, Davey Boy Smith (British Bulldog), Judy Sheppard Misset (founder of Jazzercise), BJ Annis (former president of the Alberta Body Building Association). They all taught me the philosophy of learning to learn. It is something that continues, as we never can learn it all. There is always room for change and progress comes from knowing that we can always improve.
I am an award-winning, published author (Cauliflower Heart Trilogy, sports fiction), NASM certified personal trainer, Jazzerciser, former WWE professional wrestling manager, high school gymnast, and have my Bachelors Degree in English and General Studies. I co-produced and co-starred in British Bulldog's Basic Body Builder. I have competed in 4 amateur body building competitions, (two of which were for the Masters Class). I was the founder of sportswear line called Bulldog Gear which was launched in Japan in 1988.
Enthusiastic health enthusiast and weight trainer who loves to teach my craft to those wanting to improve their health, appearance, confidence. I work with all ages and love to help people "learn how to learn" to train themselves. My energetic and imaginative approach is traditional, practical and successful with my clients. It is rewarding to me to spark the curiosity in a person's mind about how the body works because of cause and effect of what we do with ourselves when we put our minds to it. This is especially successful when it comes to learning how to train.
