Hello, my name is Ethan! I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether that’s weight loss, building muscle, or getting
stronger than you’ve ever been.
Fitness isn’t just something I do - it’s my passion. I have 6 years of training experience, including 4 years of bodybuilding and 2
years of competitive powerlifting. I’ve completely transformed my own physique — going from 212 lbs to 180 lbs, while building
real strength in 6 months
It came from consistency, discipline, and learning what actually works — no shortcuts. Now I use that experience to help others
get real results. Whether you're just starting or looking to take things to the next level, I’ll guide you every step of the way. If

If you’re serious about results but can’t train in person, my online coaching gives you everything you need to succeed.
This isn’t a generic program. it’s structured coaching built around your goals, your lifestyle, and your progression. You’ll
receive a fully customized training plan, direct access to me for support, and clear guidance every step of the way.
