I am a personal training student. I’ve been interested in nutrition and well being since i was a little girl. I love helping others make better food choices and help them with exercise to be able to get the lifestyle they dream of . It’s crazy how eating better can change a persons life .And NO you do not need to get rid of the foods you love , it’s the balance that matures.
