About Haruka

Hi! I'm Haruka, a native Japanese teacher from Japan, currently living in Australia.

I love meeting people from different cultures and sharing the Japanese language and culture.

I've traveled to more than 30 countries and enjoy connecting with people from around the world.

I also studied English myself, so I understand how exciting—and sometimes challenging—it can be to learn a new language.

My goal is to create a friendly and relaxed environment where you can enjoy learning Japanese with confidence.

About the lesson

Every lesson is personalized to match your goals, interests, and learning style.

Whether you want to learn conversation, grammar, reading and writing, travel Japanese, or prepare for the JLPT, I'll create lessons that fit your needs.

For children, I prepare original worksheets, games, and fun activities.

For adults, I offer practical lessons for daily life, travel, work, and exams.

After each lesson, I provide review notes and optional homework so you can continue improving between lessons.

My goal is to help you enjoy learning Japanese and feel your progress in every lesson.

Perfect! A great teacher! She is really adaptable in her teaching style and had a relaxed, comfortable environment for learning. This is really important to me, as my biggest hurtle was gaining to confidence to use what I know and to actually talk Japanese to someone.
