To keep it short, my main approach is to encourage students to learn using friendly and engaging tutoring methods. Boosting confidence in students is another keypoint for success, and conveying them through my lessons is what I can do.
I follow variable teaching methods depending on student needs: from visuals (video structure) to tutorials to step by step, evidence and research based, to supplementary exercises and practice tests..
