About Amber
I am a trans woman completing a PhD in quantum computation and nanofabrication. I have a master's degree in physics with a specialisation in maths, quantum physics and condensed matter physics. I have two years of experience professionally coding. Outside of my work I am currently the president of the photography society and part of an a cappella choir, I go climbing regularly, and attend a pub quiz weekly.

My teaching style is led by you, and customised to you. However, I have always found that teaching someone else what you know is the best way to not only learn gaps in your knowledge but retain information. With my current position I have an understanding of the subject I can tutor where I can understand the fundamental gaps in knowledge as to not only lead to better retention but deeper understanding.
