About Hassan
I am Hassan, graduated with a bachelor of Physics and two Masters in Mathematics and Physics. I am currently a PhD student in Math. For the last +5 years I have taught, been TA for and tutored several math and physics courses.
Here are the list of classes I have tutored in past: Calculus 1,2,3, precalculus, algebra, collage algebra, collage calculus, multi variable calculus, differential equations, trigonometry, geometry, linear algebra, and physics 1,2, , relativity and modern physics, and quantum mechanics.

My tutoring sessions are very engaging, and I try to provide applications of abstract concepts in math while tutoring. My style of teaching math is different than many people, I try to teach processes, like how you can get an answer to any routine math problem (calculus, algebra, etc) by just following certain steps. Over time, I happen to notice that the best approach in teaching math is to teach processes, and ideas rather than teaching students math tricks or making them memorize formulas. During my tutoring sessions, first I try to explain concepts, processes, and techniques you need to acquire for learning math and the "why" behind every step. After that, together practice several examples to solidify the concept. At the end I give a similar problem and almost universally all students are able to reach to expected the answer after learning processes and practicing through examples with me.
