About Jordan
I studied a BA Physics and an MMathPhys Mathematical and Theoretical Physics at Oxford. I am just beginning my PhD at King’s College London, working on a new kind of artificial intelligence which discovers treatments for diseases. I first taught GCSE mathematics while an A-Level student - I have loved teaching ever since. I believe students have infinite potential and my goal is for you to surprise me and yourself by approaching problems in a unique way!:)

I have experience teaching students at all levels: including successful applicants to Oxford and Cambridge. I focus on problem solving - getting to grips with what a topic on your syllabus is really about. If you’re already a big fan of mathematics, think 3Blue1Brown. My lessons are typically between 1-2 hours long and can be as regular as you need. I prepare a presentation and practice problems for each lesson, but always leave enough time to tailor the lesson to the way you approach a subject. My lessons will often feel more like a discussion and are always super fun!
