About Devi
I am currently doing a PhD in Chemical Engineering and have done: MPhil in Biotechnology (University of Cambridge) and BSc in Life Science & Technology (TU Delft & Leiden University) and Bilingual VWO (English and Dutch). Experience with secondary school maths and chemistry tutoring, maths exam training, HAVO math tutoring. Can potentially also do English tutoring.

My teaching style is very organised. For example, for mathematics tutoring, I first check with the student whether he / she understands the material and what knowledge is lacking. Afterwards we will practice exercises step by step, from easy questions to more difficult ones. If the student cannot think of answer, I try to ask the right questions or show examples to let the student come up with the answer himself. Practice makes perfect!
