I am currently completing my PhD, and have been tutoring psychology students for over 6 years. I am extremely passionate about communicating complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner, ensuring that students with diverse learning styles thrive in their studies. I love encouraging students to strive for their goals and realise their potential. I completed my Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), where I consistently got HDs across my undergraduate subjects, and also received first-class Honours. I received the second-highest score in my Honours cohort. I really enjoy supporting students, and am happy to meet where you are at in your understanding, to help you feel more confident in your work.

About the lesson

I teach at the university-level, and will work with both undergraduate and postgraduate students. I am committed to tailoring our meetings to best suit your needs, and providing support in a diverse and flexible manner to meet a wide variety of learning styles. I would love to support you by:
- Proofreading your assignments for spelling & grammar.
- Discussing higher-level (macro) structure, including paragraph structure and the cohesion of your overall argument.
- Providing feedback and prompts to encourage you to develop critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Reviewing your work against the provided marking rubric, to help you achieve the highest band scores.
- Delivering APA7 formatting and referencing assistance.
- Teaching you how to find high-quality, peer-reviewed articles through systematic searching and databases.
- Explanation of complex psychology concepts.
I typically meet for one hour, but feel free to contact me if you wish to meet for a shorter or longer period of time.
