About Dr Victoria Oladipupo, PhD
I am Dr Victoria Oladipupo, a PhD-qualified academic, educator, mentor, coach and experienced professional with extensive experience in higher education, teaching, mentoring, leadership development and personal development.
I hold a PhD and MA in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Roehampton and have recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCHE) at the University of Liverpool, together with the SEDA Introduction to Learning and Teaching in Higher Education award.
I am passionate about helping people learn, grow, develop confidence and achieve their academic, personal and professional goals.
My experience includes university-level teaching, Religious Studies, academic development, student mentoring, counselling, leadership development, pastoral support and personal development.
I have also contributed to the learning and development of Master's students in Pentecostal Theology at the University of Roehampton, supporting students in engaging critically with theological concepts and connecting academic learning with Christian practice.
My doctoral research focused on:
African Pentecostalism and Gender: An Analysis of the Transnational Role of Women in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (Lagos, Nigeria and London, United Kingdom).
This research brings together Pentecostal Studies, Theology, Religion and Gender, Leadership and Transnational Christianity.
