One of our best tutors. They have a quality profile, experience in their field, verified qualifications and a great response time. Aydin will be happy to arrange your first lesson

About the lesson

I prepare high- achievers for the absolute top institutions in the world such as MIT, Harvard, Cal-Tech, McGill, University of Toronto, and transform average students to high-achievers by teaching them the scientific method.

Highly-interactive online lessons ! This is not a typical tutoring setup where students study themselves under the guidance of the tutor, rather students are constantly asked questions to ensure maximum involvement.
I make full use of technology such that online lessons have the exact feeling and efficiency as face-to-face private tutoring.

    1) When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

I specialize in teachingPhysics, Calculus and Data Science. I have been interested in Physics since high school, then I pursued Master's, Doctorate and Postdoctoral Research in various fields of physics such as fiber optics, laser spectroscopy and medical Physics. Calculus is a side product of physics, as you are a physicist you need to be quite competent in math. Researchers' job is to analyze and interpret data, hence they use various data analytics tools to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. That is why I got into data science where I apply rules if math and science to analyze big data and use it for research purposes. I am a naturally curious individual such that if I don't understand something, that makes me more attracted to the subject and eventually I gain a better understanding of it with the help of consistent persistence.

    2) What makes you passionate about your subject?

I am a naturally curious individual such that if I don't understand something, that makes me more attracted to the subject and eventually I gain a better understanding of it with the help of consistent persistence. Physics, Math and Data Science are fields that not everyone can understand and master and that attracts me. I like the fact that learning is endless and there is always something fascinating to discover in science. Helping young generations understand and master the self-sufficient researcher mindset is exciting and joyful since I am helping my students achieve great things by reaching their true potentials.

    3) What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?

I like the fact that Superprof provides an open learning and teaching space for educators and students. It is easy to connect with the right educator and receive academic and professional help. There is a nice feedback system that allows customers and educators to try their best to satisfy the high standards.

    4) Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.

When it comes to teaching, my role model would be physicist Richard Feynman since he was exceptionally talented and creative in teaching physics to the general audience with zero physics background. I highly suggest students to check Feynman Series if they wish to gain a fundamental understanding of physics with minimum technical jargon.

    5) What are your keys to success?

Being able to listen to the needs of the student
Being able to determine the suitable teaching method according to the learning tendencies of the student.
Making use of relevant metaphors to help student understand sophisticated subjects such as physics and data science.
Ultimately, I cultivated a solid intuition after long years of teaching experience that allows me to adjust my teaching style according to the audience in order to obtain the maximum learning experience. Being flexible and listening to the needs of the students is crucial to reach optimum results. I helped students of all backgrounds to get accepted to top institutions, universities globally and that proves the effectiveness of my teaching style.
