Isabel is indeed someone to trust, we are talking about someone who knows what it is doing and takes its job seriously, also knows where, when and what to do, surely everyone can understand whatever topic she is explaining, and if it turns out someone does not understand any random topic, (if given the opportunity) she would and will investigate to solve that one inconvenient.
