About Pia

My desire to tutor students was catalysed by my role as chair of the Junior Debating society at school; I was challenged to understand my students’ capabilities and implement strategies to maximise their success at regional debating competitions. I have followed this interest to university, where I was successful in my application for Debate-mate, a non profit organisation. As a mentor, I teach debating to children from underprivileged backgrounds in schools around London.

As a tutor at Superprof, not only do I aim to support students for upcoming exams. I also desire to provide a holistic approach to development, coaching students through the university application process while intensifying their enthusiasm for their chosen subjects. If given the opportunity, I would like to contribute to the future success of my students.

As your tutor, I will tailor your sessions to your goals, concerns and critical topics. I will provide bespoke lesson plans leveraging a combination of content-based and exam-style strategies to maximise your educational outcome.

I provide tutoring services in ALevel Mathematics, English Literature and Economics in addition to GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, English Literature and Language. Furthermore, I would be excited to engage in university application, EPQ and internship guidance.

About the lesson

Hello, My name is Pia, and I am currently a first-year student studying Economics and Management at King’s College London. Studying Mathematics, Economics, and English Literature and an EPQ at A Level piqued my interest in dynamic current affairs. Consequently, I am interested in starting my career in Global Markets and have recently received Spring Week offers from both Bank of America and Rothschild & co.
