About Elizabeth
I am a dedicated piano teacher and a third-year music student currently preparing for my ARCT diploma. Music has been an important part of my life for many years, and I enjoy sharing my passion with my students.
I have several years of experience teaching piano to students of a wide variety of ages and levels. I aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and encouraged to improve. Whether a student is learning for enjoyment or working toward Royal Conservatory exams, I try to help them build confidence and develop strong musical skills.
Along with my teaching experience, my university studies and ARCT preparation allow me to bring strong musical training and a thoughtful approach to each lesson.

I adapt my teaching to each student depending on their age, level, and goals. Some students are learning piano for fun, while others may be preparing for Royal Conservatory exams, so lessons are adjusted to support what each student wants to achieve. My goal is to help students build a strong musical foundation while also enjoying the process of learning the piano.
A typical lesson will focus on a mix of repertoire, technique, and skills such as sight reading, rhythm, and expression. We might review pieces the student has been practicing, work on technical exercises and other skills that help students become more confident musicians.
I try to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace. As a third-year music student and ARCT candidate with several years of teaching experience, I bring both strong training and practical teaching experience to my lessons.
Lessons are open to students of all ages and levels, from beginners who are just starting out to more advanced students looking to improve their technique or prepare for exams.
