About Dominika
As a qualified Pilates and Yoga teacher, I have a strong background at working with clients suffering from back pain and different injuries. Having scoliosis myself I started to practice Pilates when I was 15 years old and never went back.

I teach various classes to help build up strength to my clients. I always take individual approach to each client and their needs. Sometimes I like to combine Yoga and Pilates to bring the best of both those techniques to benefit my students.
