About Georgia
I trained at The Royal Ballet School for 8 years and then went on to perform in the Phantom of the Opera in Londons west end. I have always been into fitness and maintained a healthy lifestyle. I do Pilates on a daily basis and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

From training at The Royal Ballet School for 7 years to performing in London’s West End for 6 years, I have always had to stay fit and healthy. I was introduced to Pilates at the age of 10 however it is only in the last decade that I have truly understood the benefit it has on you in day to day life, not only physically but mentally too. Pilates is a low-impact workout that emphasizes core strength, flexibility and alignment. It targets deep core muscles which are often forgotten about in any other workout and these are the muscles that help create the long lean image that dancers display. From beginners to advanced, pre to post natal, Georgia Pilates welcomes all levels.
