About Andrea
Many years in the customer service industry, many years practising Pilates to fix old injuries, now very passionate about teaching with more than 800 hours of experienced and certified on mat, reformer and pre/post natal pilates.
I have teaching people from teenagers to 80+, all different types of body shapes, injuries and pregnancy.

I am a very bubbly and easy going instructor. I like to see my clients smile so like to joke around a bit. I prefer to get the technique right but I also like to try new things out, always looking after your body and posture. I watch a lot of tutorials and videos online (pilates) and always try to keep my classes different.
