In order to provide the best service possible, the first half hour of the first lesson will be an assessment of your current proficiency level. This free 30 minute assessment will help me understand how best to present your lessons and cater them to your specific learning style. From this assessment I can draw up a lesson plan and will require you to prepare for your first actual lesson! This is important because depending on your level as well as your goals, will determine precisely the length of each lesson that will be best for you. Some beginners do best with 15-20 minute lessons while advanced learners can work for as long as an hour without tiring. When determining your specific rate, 4 15 minute lessons would mean that you are only paying $5/lesson as a beginner. I strongly suggest that more advancers learners pay for the bulk of their lessons upfront in order to bring down their hourly rate to $10-$15/lesson. Once we schedule a lesson, you can cancel and/or reschedule up to 24hours before our scheduled time. (This includes the free 30 minute assessment and free 30 minute lesson). My commitment as well as your commitment is very important and we shall honor our time and your money invested.
