About Lia

Hello! I'm a final-year Portuguese/English Literature student and an English teacher since 2022. I have experience in language schools, teaching children from preschool to 5th grade, and also providing online private lessons for teenagers and adults. I believe that learning English should be a light, practical, and motivating experience. Therefore, I strive to create personalized lessons, respecting each student's level, goals, and learning pace. My commitment is to offer a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable learning, practicing, and developing confidence in the language. About the lesson

My classes are personalized according to each student's level, goals, and learning pace. Before starting, I conduct an assessment to identify needs and develop an efficient study plan. In Portuguese classes for Brazilians, I work on grammar, spelling, text interpretation, writing, school reinforcement, and test preparation, always using practical examples and activities that facilitate comprehension. In Portuguese classes for foreigners (Portuguese as a Foreign Language), I prioritize communication from the first contact with the language. I teach vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and cultural aspects of Brazil through conversation, texts, videos, and everyday situations, so that the student develops confidence in speaking. I use digital materials, exercises, periodic reviews, and continuous monitoring of the student's progress. Classes are for children, teenagers, and adults, from beginner to advanced levels, always in a welcoming, organized, and results-focused environment.
