About Anwesha
I am neuroscience post graduate from King's College London with over 4 years of experience in meditative and contemplative practices. As a professional, I am experienced in treating a range of psychotic issues plaguing mental well being of individuals in modern society, like depression, stress, anxiety disorders etc. My focus remains to equip both children and adults with healthy mental habits and positive behavioural skills to help them overcome sensitive mental health issues and in turn improve their quality of life.
