About Anya
I am a yoga teacher, student, but most importantly, a yoga lover who is passionate in sharing positive vibe and gratitude to everyone around me! I’ve been practicing yoga since young and have taught lessons for two years. I am also passionate in fitness and creating innovative sequences that can promote both strength and flexibility, acquiring a balance of feeling energised yet relax after practice. It will be such a pleasure to share the energy with all of you!

My teaching method emphasis on both physical and spiritual balance. I will combine Vinyasa sequences with elements of tabata, while ending with Yin postures for receiving ultimate benefits of yoga practices.
