About Nela
I grew up in a French province in Canada, so it is my native language! My entire education was also in French: I went to a French elementary school, high school and college. The advantage of having French as my native language is that it allows me to better showcase the intricate and nuanced part of the language when the need arises. I have tutored students through my college's pairing system in the past, and they always left with more knowledge that they came in so I am confident you are in good hands!

I use progressive grammar and vocabulary lessons as well as conversing to help you improve. A typical session includes a moment to get to know each other (as I believe a good relationship is the best foundation for teaching), 1-2 lessons, exercises for each lesson, homework and possibly an interactive activity. I primarily target elementary students to high school students but anything outside of those bounds is also discussable.
